全剧以友谊和拯救，存在之不确定，梦，社会行为的荒诞，乱伦，憧憬，爱与死亡，媒体恐惧为主题分段（个人意见），开头和结尾则很东方的做了一个循环。尽管主题的探索没有太大意义，隐喻也并不深刻。但手法上除了挑战观众品味外，亦有诸多新意，尤其是角色，声音和图像的相互倒错所造成的细微异质感，这种气氛录影是不能传达的。

观众们很令人感到奇怪，他们为什么老是想笑，总是期望看到一些“有趣”的东西，总是迫不及待的想要做出反应。或者只是墨尔本特色？
