For people who tend to think graphically, simply close eyes would not stop their mind flows. In fact, it’s even easier to create fancy images when they confront darkness.

Osho said if a man can see darkness he has eyes…blind men cannot see darkness…even to see darkness eyes are needed…these are polar opposites.

My method is, ignore the sight world, be aware of the hearing. As the sound is continuing generated, there will be nowhere to place the coming minds as long as people could keep on capturing what’s going on around them by ears, consciously.
